Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 0-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-5 working days to let you know your order is on the way or a time frame to delivery!

 

SHIPPING RATES

Some products are included as a Free Shipping item. All other products are included as a Flat Rate Shipping item where the customer has the option to use Standard or Express Delivery. These rates are calculated at the Checkout.

 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns if the item is unused and in its original

condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at pete@myactionimages.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
